All the way from Strasbourg in the Alsace, the in-house kitchen master at Ile de France, Chef Gilles Papst, brings a hearty array of traditional French classics, along with an arsenal of tried and tested cooking methods to match.
Guests can expect influences from right across France, with dishes reflecting the regional tastes of every commune, from the escargot (snail) loving south west to the baguette baking north.
The interior oozes with rustic European charm and is done out with hardwood tables and fantastic wide, open windows; a place at once romantic and authentic.
